"Debajo las estrellas" es uma traducción libre, sin fines comerciales, de Marcus Marçal para la canción "Underneath the Stars", compuesta por Robert Smith (líder del grupo musical The Cure). En honor a mi hijo Benedito ;), hice esta traducción al español y el dibujo que ilustra esta mensaje en un domingo, en medio de la primera mitad de 2009, cuándo he oído varias veces esta hermosa canción de mi amigo Robert. Él es un de mis compositores favoritos desde el comienzo de mi adolescencia!



Cure clásico es inmejorable, cualquiera que sea la cronología del grupo. La armonía de esta canción es simple y puede resumirse en dos movimientos. Pero lo que podría ser erróneamente catalogados como "pobreza musical" corresponde a la escucha atenta un bello diálogo entre los dos guitarras, que interactúa con pocas repeticiones durante el curso de la canción.

Considero sensacional la disposición de los elementos de la canción, si bien no es inicialmente fácil comprender lo que hace cada una de las guitarras... Las guitarras son modestos adornos de la canción, protegida por la batería que laza los avances guiada por el bajo económico. Por último, es única como todas las canciónes clásicas de The Cure, aunque también es parte de un mosaico que representa la identidad musical de Robert...
